Lucknow has been categorized as the "Challenger" which is the best category after the top 7 existing IT destinations – As per recent study by NASSCOM and AT Kearney. However, as per industry reports, 75% of graduates & post-graduates passing out every year are not employable. It takes a minimum of two years of struggle to become employable.

Prosix Softron, has analyzed this employability gap that on one hand there is a shortage of skilled IT professional and on the other hand a large number of freshers are available lacking employability.

Prosix has therefore taken this initiative to provide suitable training to enhance immediate employability of fresh graduates and has launched Employability Enhancement Program.
